Describe access, users, usage limits, fees, renewal, and support. Coordinate the order form with the master agreement so the same deal is described consistently.
Map data and risk
Identify data responsibilities, security commitments, IP rights, confidentiality, and liability allocation. A data processing agreement may be needed depending on the relationship and applicable law.
Plan the ending
Address suspension, termination, data export or deletion, and any transition obligations. Product, sales, and operations should understand the commitments before signature.
